Dropbox.com – in most cases, it’s enough to have a free account, and it allows you to quickly share some source files or documents, to share with your clients or colleagues.

Trello.com – simple and useful for managing daily tasks. Very easy to use, allows collaborate and work through the steps of a project with a client or colleagues

Chrome extension Free Email Tracker – now you can find out when your emails are read – you got notifications when your email is read and reminders if your email goes unopened

Chrome extension Free Screencast Recording for Gmail –
Free video screencast recording right from Gmail. It captures your voice and anything you want to show what’s on your screen. It uploads directly as a link in your Gmail to your screencast video. Use it for education, customer service, or anything that you want to share.

gyazo.com – free screenshot program for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. The program allows users to create screenshots and upload them to the web, producing a unique URL to the screenshot.
