Welcome to The Pink Penthouse! We are a full service Photography Studio located in San Marcos, TX, serving both photographers and models alike. We have multiple themed photo sets throughout the studio to help you create your perfect photography experience. When we say full service, we mean it! We have professional hair and makeup services as well as a fully stocked vintage wardrobe available to add to your studio package. We can be booked 7 days a week, 8am through 12 midnight.

We are The Pink Penthouse. We are a full service, bookable photography studio available to both photographers and models for styled shoots. We have sets and wardrobe options specializing in glamour, pinup, and boudoir.
Photographers can book our studio starting at $95.00 per hour with a two hour minimum for a single photographer. For $1000 you can book the studio for the whole day. Host your own five hour shoot out with up to eight photographers and three models for $1500. We also offer hair and makeup services and a full vintage wardrobe for your model(s) for an additional fee.
We offer full service packages for models including 95 minutes of camera time, full hair, makeup and wardrobe, and even include four retouched images.
We can absolutely handle that. With our many sets and huge wardrobe to choose from, it’s completely understandable that you might want more than the basic four images included in the package. Additional edited images are available for $45 per image.
We have a package for you too! Get full access to the studio, full hair and makeup, and our entire vintage wardrobe. Bring your own photographer and explore our many photo sets to your heart’s content!
Our wardrobe varies in size, however the vast majority is vintage sized. If you don’t know your vintage size, a general rule of thumb is to add two to three sizes to your current dress size as a starting point. Please do not attempt to force any garments on to models.

Clients receiving hair and makeup services must arrive TWO HOURS prior to your scheduled booking.
The booking time is intended for the photoshoot only. Failure to arrive on time may result in the non-refundable cancellation of your booking or extending your booking time at your expense, depending on studio availability.
Arrive with clean, makeup free face, dry hair, and NO body oil or self tanner on.
Bring your own mascara.
Don’t forget clean/manicured fingers/toes or to bring press-ons!
If you must cancel, we allow a one-time rescheduling of your shoot if notified no later than 7 days prior to your booking start time.
If you need to reschedule your session due to sickness, injury or a scheduling conflict, please contact us at 512-757-3081 or via email prior to your session and the $$$ deposit/retainer will move with the session.
Respectfully, we also reserve the right to reschedule a session due to our own illness, emergency, death, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events beyond our control. We will be sure to inform you of any such occurrences as soon as possible and will be sure to reschedule your session to the earliest date available.
In case of an executive order from the state government to shut down non-essential businesses in Texas due to Covid-19 in effect for the day of your chosen session, we will refund your booking fees or transfer them as a credit to a future session. Such refund or credit also contemplates if, in the opinion of the photographer, we are unable to effectively execute the photoshoot due to restrictions such as face coverings or social distancing.
