Where

Sparklers can only be shipped within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico or other international destinations. Please be aware of any regulations regarding the use of our products in your State.

Cost

Shipping is based on weight and your distance from San Antonio. Our website uses live rates from the FedEx website to make sure you don’t overpay for shipping. Most shipping costs start around $9.99 and increases by weight and distance. You will see the cost of shipping on your order before you complete your purchase. If you are shipping to an address in Texas, sales tax of 8.0% (state and local) will be applied to the total amount. All out of state shipments are sales tax exempt.

How

We use FedEx Ground Shipping for all deliveries. Due to the flammable materials used to make our products, we are not able to make any rush deliveries (including next-day or any air services). FedEx Ground Service also does not process, move or deliver Ground Service packages on Saturdays and Sundays. Packages must be delivered to a physical mailing address. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. All packages are shipped in brown boxes and the return address label is from Nicole’s Sparkle Party Supplies.

How Fast?

Please allow plenty of time for your order to ship to your location. We process orders every business day. Your order will be processed and out our door by the end of the next business day or we will refund 50% of your order! Once in the hands of FedEx, packages take 1 to 5 business days (Saturday and Sunday don’t count) to ship via Ground Services depending on your distance from San Antonio, Texas.

Do you live in the Greater San Antonio, Texas area? Please read these instructions for placing your order! You won’t need to worry about fast shipping when you can buy our sparklers and schedule a time to pick up your order. Please note that BuySparklers.com is a home business and we do not have a traditional store outlet.

You can order Wedding Sparklers from our homepage that ship Nationwide OR Select “San Antonio Pick Up” during check out to pick up directly from us. Picking up your order is FREE! Email or call to schedule a pick up time. Please do not arrive without an appointment.

If driving on 1604, exit on Bulverde Road and go North. Turn left at the light on Evans Road. Turn right at the first stop sign towards Encino Ranch subdivision. Pull off to the side of the road and call Nicole at 210-250-0520 and she will bring your order to you.

The warehouse in China Grove has been closed to the public for 14 years for safety reasons. The pick up option is not available at this location.
