✅ Use a secure https protocol
✅ Add a page “Contacts” to the site and fill it with information as much as possible
✅ Indicate on the “Contacts” page or at the bottom of the site the legal data of the company or individual entrepreneur. This inspires confidence not only among visitors but also among search engines.
✅ Provide in contacts different ways of communication: phones, e-mail, feedback form on the page
✅ Place mobile numbers of different mobile operators so that the client can choose his
✅ Give the visitor a chance to see the faces of the company. On the page “About the company”, with detailed information about you, preferably – with a photo of the office inside and outside, with a photo of the staff working with clients, with photos of the production/work process
✅ Add an online assistant to the site, with an avatar of a real employee and indicating his name
✅ Compose a greeting and an offer of help, do not use the template options offered by services of such chats, they depersonalize the manager and the user may get the feeling that this is a chatbot
✅ Add user’ feedback (help) form
✅ Create a separate “Reviews” page where customer reviews about the company will be posted
✅ Add thematic quality certifications, prizes in niche contests or rankings (if you have them)
✅ Indicate the competitive advantages of the company
✅ Place on the website pages the videos of the company downloaded from the official YouTube channel of the company
✅ Create pages “Payment Terms”, “Delivery Terms”, “Contacts”, they must be filled with comprehensive information and be easily accessible
✅ Do not place any advertisements on your site
✅ Place on the site pages with the Privacy Policy, User Agreement and Consent to the newsletter. Such sites are more credible for both visitors and Google.
